I've been searching high and low for a Korean Sesame Glutinous Bread Recipe, but I haven't been able to find one.
Most call for a pre-mix that can be bought from a store.
I did find 2 recipes in Korean, but they call for ingredients that I am not sure of and have no idea where to locate such ingredients.
It would be GREATLY appreciated if you happen to know how to make this bread from scratch.
Or if you don't, can you please tell me what the following ingredients are in English? Thanks so much!

타피오카(감자전분의 일종) T <--- Here it says that it is a derivative from potato, but as far as I know, tapioca comes from cassava and not from potato. Can you please clarify this for me?
타피오카 102번 (Tapioca #102?) <--- Is this tapioca starch?
강력분 (Strong flour) <--- Is this just all-purpose flour?
