    Dear Maangchi,

    Please tell me how to make 명태껍데기 (Pollock skin/shell in sweet chilli sauce). It's my favourite Korean side dish but I don't know how to make it, and I can't find a recipe for it.

    BTW Thanks so much for the amazing website. I went home to South Africa last year and I could treat my family to some of the Korean dishes I love thanks to you.

    This recipe from Aeri's kitchen uses filefish. Perhaps this is what you are looking for?
