Hi,
can you introduce some dishes that require the use of 쌈장? I have a tub of it at home and I dont know what to do with it besides eating it with grilled meat :D
Ssamjang is a very good dipping sauce in Korean cuisine. It could be used in many ways. First, when you eat rice, make wraps only with lettuce,and ssamjang. It’s called “ssam bap” “Bab” is cooked rice in Korean. You can use various kinds of edible leaves when you make your ssambap.
