Thank you so much for your precise recipes and videos. I love Korean food and I miss it so much. I live in Boston now but even though I am Chinese, one of my favorite foods from my childhood is Kong Tteok with the black beans that are green on the inside. I’ve seen some recipes where it is a cake that is steamed, but what I am looking for is a recipe for a thinner (about 1 inch thick) chewy rice cake with the black beans all stuck on the outside. I can’t seem to find a recipe in English. Could you help?
