Hi there!
I love youe site and I have a question. I’m going to make your cucumber salad which calls for calls for 2tbsp hot red pepper paste. I have a jar of Wang Hot Pepper Paste, Fermented. Are these the same ingredients? Thanks.

Judging from a quick google search for the product you mentioned, it should be the same, yes.
Korean hot red pepper paste is called Gochujang 고추장 in Korean and that’s what it says on the jar in the images that came up on google for me.
