    hi maangchi
    i just finished making cucumber kimchi. but i did not find the chilli powder you use so i made it at home. can i use different chilli powder or i have to use the one that you use. i am afraid that my kimchi will not taste good. and this is my first time making kimchi.

    If you are talking about the chili powder you put on pizza, no do not use it. You should use hot pepper flakes which is a different ingredient than chili powder.. :/
