Heya, well I am Korean food lover, after living in Daegu then Seoul for almost eight years I've certainly tried a lot of different dishes. I love Andong Jjimdak 안동찜닭, fresh kimchi as well as Kimchi jjigae 김치찌개 which I can eat almost everyday. Oops I forgot to mention my summer dish Jjol Myun 쫄면.
Living in a small town where there is only a small convenience store, owned by Koreans (I wished they had some Korean foods), I can't get much at all except milk. So, whenever I drive into the city (Calgary) I always make a stop at the Korean market to get my load of kimchi, but I really should just make my own and now that's it's winter, it's a perfect time to use Maangi's recipe :D
Hope you are all having fun!!!
