how do you make banchan using this ingredient?
I make mine with dried fernbracken and so does this recipe http://aeriskitchen.com/2010/02/fern-brake-side-dish-gosari-namul%EA%B3%A0%EC%82%AC%EB%A6%AC-%EB%82%98%EB%AC%BC/ I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I guess it wouldn’t.
