“Black Bean Paste”

  1. I want to make noodles and black bean sauce. Do I use fermented black bean paste or roasted black bean paste?

  2. Not sure of that but just buy anything that says 춘장 in Korean. That's your best bet.

  3. Are there other uses for korean black bean paste? i love jajang noodle but can you use it for other recipes?
