      So I’ve become a kimchi addict. The napa cabbage has the leaf and the stalk but you get it in separate bites. I decided to make some out of baby bok choy because the crunchy stalk and leaf can be eaten all at once … wow!!!

      Ive made it using baby bok choy and Chinese mustard leaves too. Both are good.
