I Tried to make this soup but it did not look like as white as what I have seen on the Internt
I may not used the right bones >>>
Any advice is welcomed

For me the best bones are from the leg of the cow.
Did you bring your pot to a boil for 20 to 30 minutes then dump the water and wash the bones? This step gets rid of the blood.
If you did that then did you bring your bones to a boil and not a simmer? You need to boil them for a few hours. This pulls the marrow out of the bones.

With all this flu worry, I think we should learn to make sul lung tang.
I’ve never even had sul lung tang, but I used to see it premade in the market in Chicago now I wish I had tried it.

I am trying to find any recipies containing sulnongtang, mandukuk or jjige. I have the noodles and would like to use them appropriately.

For sulnongtang use some beef bones and follow this meathod.
