I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately and have switched from white rice to brown rice. Although I do like the texture on some days, it’s just not the same as white rice, and it gets hard so quickly.
Do you have any better method for cooking brown rice, or some recipes with brown rice to make it more delicious?
yeah I use my pressure cooker to make my multi-grain rice. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, steam it when it gets hard. It will turn fluffy again.
