I love this stew! My parents and i would go eat at this restaurant in Uijjamboo that served this at least twice a week. I’m sad to report that there are no korean restaurants in Oklahoma that serve this. Please bring me the taste of home to me!!!

150g of Spam
3 Hotdogs
1 handful of Beansprouts
150g of Tofu
1 Ramen noodle (don't use flavor packet)
handful of Rice cakes
1/2 Onion
2 Mushrooms
2 spring onions
800ml Water
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 Tablespoon of Gochujang
1 Tablespoon of Red Pepper Powder
2 Cloves of crushed garlic
3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
Bring the entire mix to a boil and cook well, this should take about 15 minutes, the onions should be soft. Add the ramen last, cook until soft, 3-5 minutes. Eat and share from the same pot, enjoy!
