I ate fresh Cilantro Kimchi with manduu while on vacation to Korea recently. I love its fresh taste. Hope you can share with us this recipe soon.
Was it cilantro or culantro? Culantro is commonly used for soup garnish in parts of Asia. The flavor is very similar to cilantro but the much leaves are larger.
Hi,
I just goggled up on Culantro. Nope. It isn’t what I meant. Infact, yesterday, I found the Cilantro Kimchi recipe but it was posted by a non korean stating that it was orignated from North Korea… the korean name for it is Gosu Kimchi. This kimchi goes well with meat. The taste is very refreshing. No hint of any bitterness in the vege.
