“Cooking time for Korean corn?”

  1. I purchased a large package of fresh corn from my local H-mart. It had the most wonderful color and I just had to have it. Tonight I went to cook it the way I always cook corn and it turns out it is MUCH more firm and starchy than sweet corn. Does anyone have any experience cooking this type of corn? I still have 10 ears left and would love to enjoy them properly.
