I hope you get the picture of the cucumber kimchi that I would like to make. When we got the kimchi it was more green and fresh but my fridge was super cold and it froze the kimchi and I took the picture after it thawed out. This Kimchi is served at a Korean BBQ place near here that we visit. Its sweet sour in flavor and a little spicy. the Cucumbers are cut in wedges and looks like it sits in the liquid I know I can buy the kimchi at the restaurant when ever but they charges $8 for little tub of cucumber kimchi!! and if I can make my own, it would be great and I can eat it all the time!!
