“Cucumber Kimchi question”

  1. I've made it twice so far, and both times, the day after making it, there is a ton of water in the bottle of the container.
    Should I pour that out?
    If it really doesn't matter, te would just keeping the cucumbers w/ the watery juice cause them to get softer quicker?
