“daengjang paste made at home?”

  1. I was wondering if it's possible to make the fermented soy bean paste at home. I know it would take a lot of time before it could be used (a year or two probably) but I know japanese miso using koji spores can be made at home so I was curious whether there was a recipe for this as well.
