I really miss these 2 dishes that I had when I was in Korea.
I cant find videos for them anywhere.
I really love how they put cheese on the Dak Kalbi
& then fry rice in the left over sauce.
If you could make a recipe for this then it would be great !

I’ve never had cheese on dak kalbi, but I would also love this recipe. I first studied in Chuncheon when I lived in Korea and they are famous for their dak kalbi. All of the dak kalbi places I’ve been to since have been named Chuncheon dak kalbi–I guess it’s a chain around Korea.
I, too, have never seen cheese on dakgalbi. Maybe it’s one of those extras you have to ask for.
I’d love to see a dakgalbi recipe. I’ve tried a few, but there’s always something missing and I can’t quite pinpoint the secret ingredient.
