      Hi everybody ! I love to cook dakgangjeong. But I have a problem with the sauce. I think my chickens are not coated very well. so i add more soysauce and sugar to double the sauce but my chicken tased very over. over sweet and over salty.

      1. Can I add water to my sauce ?
      2. If I add water, i’m affraid if the chicken become uncrunchy.
