Hey Maangchi!
I’m looking for a recipe to make these delicious rice balls:
Do you know them? I’m not sure but I think they are very popular in all asian countries. They have a very interesting, chewy texture and are filled with a puree of hulled mung beans. Maybe you can share a nice recipe one day, would be awesome^^
