    i love a noodle soup that i don't know the name of.

    i know that the broth had zucchini, onion, and mushrooms finely cut up, and an egg broken into the hot broth.

    to assemble you take precooked noodles, pour the vegetable/egg broth over and then the main part that i want the recipe for is a delicious jalapeno based soy sauce mix. it's amazing.

    if you know what i'm describing, i'd be delighted to know the recipe, or the name of the dish. THANKS!

    hoho, it sounds like noodle soup recipe. I love the noodle soup (guksu : 국수).
    ok, I will post my guksu recipe someday in the future.
