delicious noodle soup!

i love a noodle soup that i don’t know the name of.

i know that the broth had zucchini, onion, and mushrooms finely cut up, and an egg broken into the hot broth.

to assemble you take precooked noodles, pour the vegetable/egg broth over and then the main part that i want the recipe for is a delicious jalapeno based soy sauce mix. it’s amazing.

if you know what i’m describing, i’d be delighted to know the recipe, or the name of the dish. THANKS!
