Annyeong Maangchi, I am an Anglo-Indian living in Canada. I have fallen in love with Korean food, Korean drama, Korean pop… basically everything Korean!!!! :D I’m even learning to read, write and speak Korean online!! I love your cooking and have tried(and love) many of your recipes. Last week I visited a Korean restaurant and was served this side-dish(picture attached). I forgot to ask what it was called and don’t know what is made of. If you could identify it and provide the recipe, it would be great. Gamsabnida, Thank you.

      God Bless.

      That’s 어묵.
If you can’t find it, Maangchi already posted the recipe:

      Fish cakes (Eomuk)

      Bye, Sanne.

Thank you, Sanne. I’ve been wanting to try making it at home, since I watched Maangchi’s recipe. Now that I know what it tastes like, I will definitely be making it. Do you have any idea what seasoning is added to it in the picture I posted above? I want to try it that way too. :)

      Gomawo,
      -Cookie.
