I really love acorn jelly and just recently found there is a cold dish using it as a main dish. I can get it at the restaurant but want to know how to make it at home since I want to eat it regularly!
Another favorite of mine is Albap (the fish eggs on rice) dolsot style. If you have a good recipe, please share!
