if i follow the recipe, and double all the ingredients, it should still work out right? prolly a dumb question, but i am a rookie so. thanks
My first thought is your right “Dumb question”. I am no expert but i cant think of any reason why anything would change. other than twice the smell :)
Maangchi’s one kimchi recipe starts with 10 pounds of napa so doubling its going to be hard to work with that amount product unless your in a commercial kitchen.
i think you may want to just make 2 batches
