I’ve searched hi and lo for this recipe but to no avail. You’re my last hope – can you make the greatest spicy fish dish ever with the yummy cooked radish soaked with the stewy sauce?
Here is a recipe that you can try.
Eun Dae Gu Jorim
1/2 small korean radish, cut into strips
1 black cod
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
1/2 zucchini
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 package firm tofu
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoon sugar
4 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Cut the korean radish and place on bottom of pot and put the fish on top of it. Cut peppers, onion, tofu, garlic and place on top of the fish. Add soy sauce, pepper flakes, pepper paste, sugar and water. Cover the pot with the lid and bring to a boil, then lower heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not open lid while cooking. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds just before serving.
