Can you save extra kimchi porridge?
I’m making some right now, and there is A LOT more porridge than I need and I don’t want to waste it if I can save it for future use.
So could I save it? Like freeze it, or does this stuff not keep at all?
Hi LisaL. I always freeze leftover porridge and have never had a problem. I just put it in the refridgerator the night before I want to make kimchi.
Thanks :) I froze it as well. Looked up another kimchi recipe and the lady said you could freeze it :)
