I got some sheets of fishcake a few months ago at the local korean grocery. There was no “good by” date on the package. I used a few sheets and then put the rest in foil and a ziploc in the freezer. Is it still good? How long do these packages last?
I searched this topic (korean webpages) and found out that
some manufacturer claim that frozen fishcakes can last for 9 months.
& Refrigerated ones (those that you get from your local store) lasts for 9 days.
