I was wondering which of maangchi’s recipes can easily be made in large quantities and be frozen afterwards.
All helpfull hints are appreciated,
Pretty much all of the pork, beef and chicken recipes you can season marinate and freeze before you cook. Just defrost and stir fry or grill. The soups are also good for freezing. The mandu dumplings you can freeze. You can also freeze portions of kimchi paste so you can defrost and mix. But most korean foods are best when made fresh and eaten right away. Good luck!
