    I bought some fresh ginseng roots from Seoul about 3 weeks ago, kept them in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator.

    Now some of them has sprouted. Can the ginseng root still be eaten? Sprouted potato spuds are poisonous, is it the same with fresh ginseng roots?



    It’s not poisonous but I’ve never seen it sprout.
