    To Maangchi and any other reader,
    I could not find any recipe online anywhere how to make garlic stem kimchi. COuld you please show me how (recipe only is fine, but with video is awesome!). Thank you very much,

    I also would like the recipe for this (if it is manuljong) - I had it at a Korean restaurant last night and it was so delicious! I asked the cook if she would tell me her recipe and she said "no!"
