Could you please share with me the recipe to make Ginseng Wine? How to choose a good quality ginseng and how long to preserve it? Also, when I was in Korea, they served a small glass of this ginseng wine to be taken with Ssamgetang. Which is better, to pour it into the soup or sip it while eating. Thx.
