      Hi everyone,
      I really want to make my own gochujang but I have some problems. There is no sunlight in the Netherlands!! And i also dont have the korean crocks. I read somewhere that you can use a glass jar instead but what about the sunlight? An my last question is: can I eat it right after making and not wait for 3 months because I can’t wait that long.
