    I love your site!!! I am now, officially a member!! :) it took me awhile... but I finally got off my lazy butt to do it. :) I have tried your recipes and loved it!!

    But i was wondering, could you show us how to make gochujang? Would love to learn how to make my own chili paste.

    Just a suggestion.

    I myself was wondering if harissa or sriracha may be acceptable substitutes...I have not tried said substitutes yet but that was my idea.
