Hi I’m new to here but I’ve been interested in korean food for a long time. I’m going to have a liver transplant soon and I know I’ll have a hard time eating. I’m already having a hard time now! I’ve resorted to soups and porridges of all kinds, all of them low sodium and easy to digest but none have seemed to give me enough nutrition or calories or taste. Help?
