      I am a 39 year old korean adoptee who loves korean food (go figure). Can take the girl out of Seoul but not Seoul out of the girl. Anyway….I have been cooking Korean food for a long time but am always looking for new recipes but also new introductions to Korean food I do not know. I have a HUGE ASSI market sort of close to where I live and half the time I have no idea what I am looking at. However, a lot of the time I try what they have and LOVE it but have no idea how to cook it. They also have tons of stuff in large cellophane bags that sort of make sense, like …”dried herb..” but I always ask, “what kind of dried herb?” And that…Maangchi is why I am here :)
