I thought I'd try to make one dish before subscribing b/c I'm usually a dummy for following recipes but it was quite a successful Kim Chee Dish so I'm sold to Maangchi!
I live in Portland, Oregon and I'm Chinese. My cooking is quite boring and I have a limited amount of Chinese dishes. I love Korean food and there are only 2 places I go for Korean food here in Portland so I went online to find more receipes and this site is by far the best I have found!
