Korean cooking forum topics
I am Kathleen. I am 20 years old (21 in Korea age counting – born 1988).
I can only cook for other people and not myself.
So basically, I’d make myself canned tomato soup or Ramen and awesome food for other people.
I love learning new things and I still have to learn more, like remembering to make enough food for 4 people because my boyfriend basically eats like a family of 4. lol
I am so glad I found Maangchi’s website because I made my boyfriends favourite stew – Doenjang Jjigae and he loved it.
I thought it tasted a little weird with the corn I added.
(I added corn because I was originally going to make Japanese curry…with corn)
I hope I can make more stuff…
We have Gochujang (sp?) …I just need to know when and how to use it……
