Hello from Cologne, Germany

Hi there, just found this nice site here..I am Stefan, 39,game developer.I LOVE korean food and i fix my own Kimchi for several years now. It’s the BEST (as each kimchi lover would tell…) :)
I always have some kilos in my fridge. I love it really sour and with lots of garlic. I do not fix my own fish sauce by now, but i will one day! Out of my kimchi, i fix a delicious kimchi stew and a really nice kimchi bokkeumbap too..yummy! Here in Cologne, i am kind of loneyl with my love for korean food, although there are not that few koreans living here and in Dusseldorf. At least, we got 2 quite good korean restaurants right beside my apartment!
I first get in contact with korean kitchen when i was 17. My first real girl friend was korean, and her mom always had so many different pots of food in the kitchen when i came by…first i just cried while eating it . it was so delicious, but way to hot for me, even if while i am half-hungarian and used to spicy hungarian gulasz…but after some weeks, i get used to it and loved it even more! I had another korean girl friend some years later but she could not cook and wasn’t into korean food, so i left her :) (just kidding…). I am glad to ahve found this site here and i hope to get in contact with some korean food lovers like me! Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are in Cologne, let’s eat together :)!!
