Hello, I happened to chance upon maangchi.com website sometimes last year.
I love going to korean restaurants - Seoul Hotpot and Korean BBQ. Unfortunately,
I cannot have the same lifestyle :( because of high blood pressure. I am thinking
of trying korean recipes without salt if possible?
So I am looking forward to sharing recipe with anyone who have already tried cooking korean without salt.
