Hey there, I am a korean living in south africa, and despite the abundance of westernised food here, I still have a strong desire for traditional korean dishes. I am so glad to have come across this website and am impressed by the international appeal for korean cuisine! Your recipes do not seem overwhelming, especially 오징어젓! I have to try this recipe as I looove 오징어젓갈 and only eat it maybe once a year or so? ( When friends or family go to korea and bring it back!)
