Hi, found this site (& forum) when I went looking for a recipe for Bi Bim Bap. I while back I bought the stone bowls to make it and am now getting around to making (for the first time) it tomorrow.
Spent four tours in Korea with the Air Force and enjoyed every time I was there. I even extended my one year tour one time so I have 5yrs total in Korea. Maybe someday I'll make a trip back there.
I've made various types of Kimichi and Banchan side dishes for a few years now...my family loves pretty much all them.
I'll be looking around, reading and asking questions here and there.
