I needing to find a particular recipe for Soondubu Jjigae. When I was living in Korea, I visited the Korean Folk Village in Yangin. I had a Soondubu Jjigae there that was snow white. Even the broth was white like milk, the only color was from the green onions they had put into it. I have looked, researched and asked many Koreans about this Jjigae, but no one seems to know anything about it. They always direct me to Soondubu Jjigae that has a clear broth, but of course that is not it. If you are familiar with this recipe please post it for us, it was very delicious and I would love to know how to make it. Thank you.
