Hello! I'm wondering if someone could help me figure out what was in this sauce. We had it with bulgogi at a small restaurant in Busan. When I google sauces most recipes seem to have sesame oil and soy - but it wasn't overly salty and there wasn't any separation that you typically see with sesame oil. Obviously onions, green onions and long chili peppers - but I'm wondering what else.
