Hi everybody.

I just want to say Maangchi you are an inspiration. I came across you one day on youtube when I wanted to make yuk gae jang and have seen all of your videos and loved your show since. I am a NY born and raised 1st generation chinese. I grew up in Flushing so I was exposed to alot of korean food since I was little and it is by far one of my favorite cuisines. I am a catering chef classically french trained who wants to specialize in asian flavors one day. You are an inspirational story to me. You just do what you love and we can see it. Keep up the good work! I will be following you!
