Hi from the UK

I have only just discovered Korean food. It was briefly mentioned on a tv show last year, but now there is a Korean cooking series on UK Food Network, and I’m obsessed!
Initially I was a bit stuck, as the Chinese supermarket in town did not have gochagaru, but a hunt on Google found an Asian supermarket near the university, where many of the students are from Korea and Malaysia, and there is a Korean section, much cheaper than buying online! So I have stocked up.
I can’t wait to get started, I shall get Maangchi’s book.
