hey i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find some high quality stainless steel chopsticks online. i was at a nice korean restaurant while on vacation in montreal where they had excellent chopsticks. they were very sturdy, pretty heavy, and just felt phenomenal in the hand. i cant find anything remotely close anywhere. i bought 2 different sets from amazon and i have driven to all 3 asian markets within an hour and a half of my house. all the chop sticks i have gotten thus far are VERY cheap and flimsy and they are all starting to rust. money isnt an issue. i cant be giving my dinner guests these cheap chopsticks. its embarrassing. any help would be much appreciated.

I bought my steel chopsticks at my local asian market. They have held up very well. I don’t put them in the dishwasher or let them sit in standing water, I wash them right after using them. Not sure if this helps, but it’s a thought.

Have you tried the chopsticks/spoon sets that come in a box like fork/spoon/butterknives? Here’s a link to a box set on Amazon. Box set tbh I’m only guessing they might be more quality because they’re a family set in a box.

The only ones I’ve ever bought have been individual ones. A set with a turtle that started rusting within the month I purchased them. The other had a brushed steel checkerboard pattern. These were thicker, heavier, and looked like they were solid steel. As opposed to the turtle set that was thinner, and looked like it was steel plated. I’ve had the checkerboard set since christmas 2015, use them weekly, and they haven’t rusted. Here’s a picture like the ones I bought. I think this is where I bought them, but I’m not sure. Anyways good luck in your search. Please post if you find some quality one’s :)
