      I watched this youtube video and would like to know more about this dish and how to make it please? It looks soo good with all the fresh greens in it I am sure I would like it!

      It’s 칼국수 (kalgooksoo) with some extras added in. 요기 국수(yogi gooksoo), the restaurant, specializes in different varieties of 칼국수. I’m sure if you google kalgooksoo you’ll get some results, and then from there you can get creative with what you put in depending on your tastes. Hope this helps ^^
