      Hi there Guys,

      I bought a hot pepper powder. When I make my second batch of kimchi, I noticed that It has a small balls of mold, it did not particularly affect all the powder. I honestly did not keep it from the fridge. Do you think is it still safe to use?

      It happens if you don’t store it in the freezer. I’m sorry to say this but you should throw it away. I wouldn’t take a risk.
