      So me and my mom now and then grill korean bbq and eat it with lettuce wraps and gochujang. But this time when we were gonna eat we noticed the top layer was very hard and wasn’t able to eat it. Usually after eating we store it on the fridge but since the whole label is in Korean we’re not sure if that is the proper way to store it. Does anyone know if the gochujang is still good even though it’s hard on the top? and is storing it on the fridge good? thanks in advance for your help. I attached a photo(i hope) of the brand i use.
